nice & newly built hotel. good food in restaurant but limited availability of buffet breakfast. Issue faced - ac was not working for 2 rooms I was staying. no honest attempt made to resolve issue or change room

hotel rooms are clean and good. no public transport around and ola and uber doesn't work. charges are like a premium hotel and serving cheap ₹2 nescafe coffee sachets saying only 2 sachets per day.

They don't provide me room even after successful booking, i raised complaint but still not getting my money back this is very terrible

It was a soothing stay not only this the rooms were very clean and comfortable the staff was friendly and helpful Will prefer to stay again. Hotel kana near iit jodhpur

My stay at kana hotel was excellent! the rooms are big and comfy, the staff is friendly, and the location is perfect. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the food is tasty. I had a really cozy stay there.
